Job summary

ODW Logistics, a people-focused third-party logistics provider, seeks an Inventory Specialist to perform daily cycle counts and manage RMA, inbound, and hold areas. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires operation of RF scanners and power equipment, along with accurate data entry and teamwork. High school diploma preferred; prior warehouse experience and MS Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with operational equipment (RF scanners, forklifts, WMS) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Protect inventory accuracy, salability, and adhere to procedures.
• Perform daily Cycle Counts and manage RMA, Inbound and Hold Areas.
• Safely operate power equipment (forklift, standup, walkie-rider) as required.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a clean, orderly manner.
• Inspect equipment and report issues to maintenance.
• Comply with OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
