Job summary

Ergotron, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory Control professional to lead daily cycle counts, resolve database discrepancies and optimize warehouse accuracy.

The role operates within our logistics team, leveraging Oracle to maintain item- and location-level integrity while supporting operations and continuous improvement. You will back up the Logistics Manager, guide Material Handlers, and drive procedural changes to reduce loss, improve stock availability, and ensure safe, efficient

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED. BA/BS preferred.
• 8+ years in a warehouse role.
• 4 years in inventory control/analytics.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong understanding of receiving, put-away, picking, cycle counting and RMA.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory cycle counts to verify accuracy at item and location levels.
• Evaluate stock turnover and historical trends; identify root causes of errors and shrink; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Material Handlers, Logistics Manager and RMA to improve warehouse layout and accuracy.
• Identify and correct Oracle database discrepancies.
• Serve as functional expert on warehouse operations and train staff.
• Lead in the absence of the Logistics Manager and support cross-functional teams.
• Support audits to ensure inventory accuracy, locations, and policies are followed.
