Job summary

United States Cold Storage in McClellan, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and update records to correct discrepancies. You will communicate with leadership and coordinate with multiple departments to maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, forklift and inventory experience if possible, and proficiency with Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Forklift and inventory experience preferred.
• Problem-solving skills required.
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solve inventory discrepancies during normal warehousing operations and communicate with leadership.
• Perform cycle count, work orders, and other inventory checks to answer customer inquiries.
• Update inventory records in the system to correct discrepancies.
• Act as liaison for warehouse-related needs during audits or customer visits.
• Perform customer hold procedures including labeling, relocating, and daily cycle count checks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and take corrective action using hold, lot audit, and aging reports.
• Prepare inventory reports for customers and facility needs.
• Operate equipment at elevated heights requiring fall protection.
