Job summary

USCS is a warehouse and logistics provider seeking an Inventory Associate to manage discrepancies and maintain accurate stock levels. The role involves cycle counts, data entry of inventory records, and acting as a liaison during audits and customer visits.

You will support daily warehouse operations and communicate findings to leadership. Ideal candidates have forklift and inventory experience, strong problem-solving, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Forklift and inventory experience preferred.
• Problem-solving skills required.
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inventory discrepancies during warehousing operations.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory records.
• Prepare inventory reports for customers or facilities.
• Assist with audits or customer visits as needed.
• Operate warehouse tech like scanners and tablets.
• Support physical inventories and daily tasks.
