Job summary

The Cannabist Company is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to oversee inventory counts and tagging across the facility. Responsibilities include stocking and replenishment, creating all tags and paperwork, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Pay is $18/hr with full-time benefits. Reports to Facilities Manager/Manager, Inventory Management; role involves physical tasks and ongoing training opportunities within a leading multi-state cannabis provider.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in inventory management or related field.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• 1+ years' experience in METRC a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent math and accounting skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Auditing processes within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy across the facility.
• Label and tag inventory in accordance with state regulations.
• Create box tags as required for varied items.
• Process and monitor wholesale products and transactions.
• Ensure inventory records are always accurate.
• Perform cycle counts daily or weekly.
• Follow audit programs and physical inventory to ensure record integrity.
• Log receipts and documentation for accurate accounts.
