Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Riverside, CA is seeking a warehouse inventory associate to maintain accurate inventory and records in a fast-paced facility. Shifts include 2AM, 4AM, 4PM with a pay rate of $18 - $22/hr DOE.

You will compile data from POs, invoices, and reports, perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and help ensure precise shipping and receiving operations. The role requires at least 2 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

2+ years of inventory or warehouse experience.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and work in cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) to hot environments up to 100°F (37°C).
Flexible schedules, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, shipping, and warehouse records.
Compile and analyze data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and inventory reports.
Perform daily cycle counts and assist with scheduled physical inventory counts.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, damages, adjustments, and shrinkage issues.
Identify product locations and verify product IDs, pallet IDs, and substitutes.
Review shipping orders and verify product accuracy using catalogs and references.
Monitor inventory levels and determine when replenishment is required.
Review inventory files to identify unused or obsolete products and actions.
