Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking an Inventory Control Administrator to oversee inventory processes across our service centers, ensuring timely receiving and accurate records. You will monitor deliveries, review invoices, and enter data into our systems with precision.

Ideal candidates are detail-focused, proficient with Excel and Google Sheets, able to analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and partner with locations to close open PO items while maintaining inventory controls and process

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, logistics, purchasing, or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily tire deliveries and ensure inventory is received accurately and on time.
• Review vendor invoices and compare against receiving records in EDGE.
• Assist with Amazon processes and accurately enter required data into the system.
• Partner with service centers to resolve missing receipts and inventory discrepancies.
• Manage open purchase orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
• Verify vendor delivery information, including proof of delivery and shipment details.
• Ensure inventory control procedures are followed consistently.
