Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring an Inventory Control Team Member to support inventory management, cycle counts, and processing inventory receipts. The role emphasizes accuracy in PO processing, invoice reconciliation, and maintaining the parts room.

Responsibilities include counting inventory, handling DRs, and assisting with transfers while ensuring proper documentation and a smooth workflow across the Shop Profit Center. A valid driver’s license and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience using POS systems is helpful.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team-focused environment delivering great service.
• Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
• Review prior shift Work Orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Process Purchase Orders and Documentation (DRs) and reconcile invoices.
• Assist in inventory: counting, receiving, marking, and transferring stock.
