Job summary

Marquee Staffing in Placentia, CA is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to keep warehouse inventory accurate and organized. You will count products, verify computer records, fix discrepancies, and assist with recalls or returns to vendors.

The role requires at least one year of warehouse experience and basic computer skills. HS diploma preferred. Pay rate is $20.50/hr, hours 6:30 am - 3:30 pm, on-site with safety training provided.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience counting inventory is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Count products and verify numbers with computer records.
• Review inventory reports for missing, expired, or damaged items.
• Update inventory records when items move or numbers change.
• Add new products to the system and check labels and locations.
• Find and fix inventory discrepancies and document changes.
• Assist with recalls and returns to vendors.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams, customer service, vendors, and purchasing.
• Support special projects and other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment after safety training.
