Job summary

Marquee Staffing in Placentia, CA is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to keep warehouse inventory accurate and organized. You will count products, verify computer records, fix discrepancies, and assist with recalls or returns to vendors.

What You Will Do

• Count products and check that the numbers match the computer records.
• Review inventory reports and look for missing, expired, or damaged products.
• Update inventory records when products are moved or numbers change.
• Add new products to the computer system.
• Check product labels, item numbers, and locations to make sure they are correct.
• Find and fix inventory problems.
• Write notes explaining why inventory numbers were changed.
• Help with product recalls and returns to vendors.
• Work with warehouse teams, customer service, vendors, and the purchasing department.
• Help with special projects and other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Use warehouse equipment after completing the required safety training.

What We Are Looking For
