Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor for a 2nd Shift (Sunday-Thursday, 2:00pm-10:30pm) to lead a team in warehouse operations. You will supervise inventory control, ensure accurate records, and coordinate daily activities to meet customer commitments.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience, familiarity with WMS systems (SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder), and strong MS Office skills. A bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with WMS systems (SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scanners.
• Flexible schedule including planned/unplanned overtime, including weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring inventory records and investigating discrepancies.
• Coordinate daily operational activities and staffing schedules to meet commitments.
• Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members to drive performance.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Resolve employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
