Job summary

WSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC) in Sauk Village, IL is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator for 1st shift (7:00am–3:30pm). This full-time role ensures materials and supplies are available to meet shipment and receipt requirements, reporting to the Facility Manager and potentially working weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Key duties include monitoring inventory, updating databases, counting stock, reconciling counts, and handling inbound/outbound dock activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with detailed documents, processes, and procedures.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating lift trucks with attachments (forks, drum clamps, roll clamps) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels and track orders.
• Maintain database records and reconcile stock counts with reports.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints professionally; process returns.
• Oversee inbound and outbound dock activities per standards (CCT).
