Job summary

WSI Standard in Sauk Village, IL is hiring a 1st shift Inventory Control Coordinator (ICC) to ensure materials are available to meet shipment and receipt needs. The role is full-time, 7:00am - 3:30pm, with potential overtime and occasional weekends.

You will monitor inventory, maintain databases, perform counts, work with RF scanners, and support inbound/outbound dock activities while following safety and SOPs. A high school diploma and warehouse experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year warehouse experience.
• Strong math and data skills.
• Ability to operate RF scanners and basic tech.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels; track orders; investigate issues.
• Maintain database, perform physical counts, reconcile stock with reports.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and claims; respond professionally.
• Process and document returns per procedures.
• Ensure safety and SOP adherence in all tasks.
• Manage inbound/outbound dock activities per CCT standards.
