Job summary

WSI is seeking a 1st shift Inventory Control Coordinator at our Allentown, PA site. This full-time, on-site role runs 8:00am–4:30pm, with occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime, reporting to the Facility Manager.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, maintaining databases and physical counts, investigating issues, processing returns, and coordinating inbound and outbound dock activities while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience with detailed documents, processes and procedures.
• Warehouse experience.
• Experience operating lift trucks or similar material-handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; track orders; and investigate issues.
• Maintain database, perform physical counts, and reconcile actual stock count to reports.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and claims; respond professionally.
• Process and document returns as required following procedures.
• Ensure all safety and SOPs are followed.
• Manage inbound and outbound dock activities per standards.
