Job summary

VF Corporation in Kentucky’s Danville area is seeking an Inventory Control Driver for the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM). You will help ensure inventory accuracy, support cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies across multiple brands in a distribution center.

The role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team setting. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with WMS/RF systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution center, or yard environment preferred.
• Attention to detail and safety awareness are essential.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories for accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and root causes of variances.
• Update inventory in the WMS and adjust as needed.
• Monitor locations, storage, and slotting for efficiency.
• Support receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping and returns.
• Conduct audits to ensure procedural compliance.
• Generate inventory reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to fix inventory-related issues.
• Assist with annual physical inventories and reconciliations.
• Support continuous improvement for accuracy and productivity.
