Job summary

VF Corporation in Kentucky is seeking an Inventory Control Driver for the 1st Shift to support inventory accuracy and cycle counts across a multi-brand distribution center. You will supervise daily inventory control activities and coordinate with operations, quality, and systems teams to ensure accurate product movement.

Responsibilities include investigating discrepancies, processing adjustments in the WMS, and maintaining records while promoting safety and standard work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or yard environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes of variances.
• Process inventory adjustments in the warehouse management system (WMS) as required.
• Monitor inventory locations and verify proper product storage and slotting.
• Research and resolve issues related to receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Conduct quality and location audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Generate and review inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with operations leadership to correct inventory-related process issues.
• Assist with annual physical inventories and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inventory activities.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies and procedures.
