Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse experience
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Ability to count, verify, and reconcile inventory
• Careful scanning and data entry to prevent system errors
• Knowledge of inventory locations, bin systems, and material flow
• Understanding inbound, outbound, and replenishment activities connect

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks or other equipment to move inventory
• Perform cycle counts, physical counts, reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies
• Record inventory movements using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or handheld scanners
• Verify product quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and locations
• Support inbound and outbound operations by staging, replenishing, and relocating inventory
• Identify, report, and assist in resolving inventory variances or damaged goods
• Maintain documentation and comply with inventory control procedures and audits
• Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA standards while operating equipment
• Assist with housekeeping and organization of inventory storage areas
• Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to meet daily goals
• Perform other related duties as assigned
