Job summary

VF Corporation’s Vans division is seeking an Inventory Control Driver for 1st shift in Danville, KY. You will support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and daily control activities across a multi-brand distribution center, guiding teams to maintain integrity and timely product movement.

Qualifications

Tertiary education not required but a high school diploma or equivalent is expected.
Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, or yard environment preferred.
Must maintain strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

Perform cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
Investigate discrepancies and determine root causes of variances.
Process inventory adjustments in the WMS as needed.
Monitor locations and verify proper storage and slotting.
Research and resolve receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns issues.
Generate and review inventory reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with operations leadership to fix inventory-related issues.
Assist with annual physical inventories and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records of inventory activities and follow safety policies.
