Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking an inventory/control associate to maintain perpetual inventory, conduct cycle counts, and verify records against physical counts at our Alabama site. You will report discrepancies and help ensure accuracy of stock levels in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Your role involves supporting recalls, holds/releases, and audits; familiarity with ISO requirements, MS Office, and attention to detail will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate degree or two years' equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Based on the site, industry-specific (e.g. food grade) experience may be required.
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory of materials and products and generate inventory reports.
• Perform daily cycle count activities and inventory audits; track damaged products and report to leadership.
• Verify clerical records against physical counts and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, and infestation audits as needed.
• May monitor site pest control program and draft/revise site SOPs.
