Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a warehouse operative to maintain accurate inventory records, assist with purchasing and shipping documentation, and determine stock replenishment needs. You will collect data from purchase orders, invoices, and accounting reports, performing cycle counts and physical inventories as needed.

Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Compile data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Investigate damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Locate products to verify correct IDs, perform cycle counts and assist in physical inventories.
• Review shipping-related data for accuracy and alignment with catalogs/manuals.
