Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or related warehouse operations.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in an ambient warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull at least 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and verify incoming shipments for correct quantity and product type.
• Process inbound and outbound orders safely and accurately.
• Record and track materials received, stored, and distributed within the facility.
• Weigh, count, and inspect products to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and shipping records.
• Compile and review information from purchase orders, invoices, and reports.
• Monitor stock levels and identify when inventory needs replenishment.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and report damages, discrepancies, or inventory adjustments.
• Verify product IDs, pallet IDs, and stock numbers for accurate shipments.
• Organize and stage materials to support warehouse operations.
• Operate warehouse material handling equipment following safety policies.
