Park Street in Napa, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate — Inventory Control to pick, stage, and ship orders for next-day delivery while maintaining precise inventory records. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of warehouse and inventory control experience, familiarity with WMS/RF scanning, and the ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
Working inside our Napa beverage distribution center, the Warehouse Associate — Inventory Control is responsible for selecting, picking, and staging customer orders for next-day delivery while maintaining accurate inventory records throughout the facility. This is a fast-paced, physical role requiring strong attention to detail, consistent accuracy, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies. Picking orders and properly labeling for staging and delivery.
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure system accuracy.
Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment.
Receive, verify, and process inbound shipments; confirm quantities and product condition against purchase orders.
Coordinate with the operations team to reconcile variances between physical counts and system records.
Participate in problem-solving efforts to improve accuracy, efficiency, and cleanliness of the work area.
Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
Keep the work zone clean and orderly to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
Communicate proactively with managers and supervisors regarding inventory issues, discrepancies, or operational concerns.
Meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual output and accuracy metrics.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
