Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of inventory control, cycle counting, or stock auditing experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS and RF scanning strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Picking orders and labeling for staging and delivery.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory records using WMS and RF scanning.
• Process inbound shipments and verify against purchase orders.
• Coordinate with operations to reconcile counts and system records.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Communicate inventory issues with managers and supervisors.
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual accuracy metrics.
