You will perform data entry, document preparation, and records management while maintaining safety and quality standards. The position involves training staff and collaborating with Materials personnel to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and comply with safety rules.
• Understand material flow and inventory control basics.
• Identify parts and know component locations.
• Print and distribute Cycle Count Schedules.
• Analyze cycle counts, order re-counts, and correct inventory data.
• Train new employees to cycle count as needed.
• Lead Inventory Team in correcting inaccuracies.
• Report material discrepancies to Materials Manager and procurement.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and expedite parts as needed.
• Promote overall effectiveness of the team.
