Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to monitor stock inflows and outflows and optimize inventory management processes to guarantee order fulfillment aligns with customer demand.

Responsibilities

1. Perform daily transactions within the ERP system, including goods receipts, inventory adjustments, pallet transfers, and transfer orders.
2. Maintain accurate inventory counts through daily, monthly cycle counts, and annual physical inventories.
3. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and ERP records.
4. Send inbound and outbound PODs to Accounts Payable.
5. Schedule inbound/outbound deliveries and communicate with relevant personnel.
6. Ensure product rotation and storage disciplines (FIFO).
7. Verify inventory transactions in the ERP system.
8. Organize warehouse for efficient storage and distribution.
9. Support receipt, stocking, storage, staging, and transfer of goods.
10. Assist with finished material recalls.
11. Adhere to safety, GMP, and HACCP guidelines; maintain sanitary conditions; report safety or quality issues.
12. Maintain positive communication and teamwork.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 2+ years in warehouse or inventory roles.
• Strong communication, organization, and math skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Proficiency with inventory systems, equipment maintenance, and data entry.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work weekends/holidays.
• Intermediate accounting skills; ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
