Job summary

Healthcare Arizona LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain data in our WMS/SAP systems, performing daily counts to ensure inventory accuracy at the Goodyear, AZ plant.

The role follows a day shift, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, with duties including tracking inbound/outbound stock, reconciling counts, leading annual inventory, and helping improve processes across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma/GED.
• Experience using scanners, inventory control administration, and SAP/WMS.
• Knowledge of raw materials and production processes.
• Excellent communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, control inflow and outflow.
• Record purchases, maintain database, and reconcile stock counts.
• Develop inventory process enhancements and resolve daily issues.
• Lead the annual inventory process with accounting.
• Assist in developing control policies and planning related to inventory.
• Process and document returns per established procedures.
• Track inventory and present findings to management with recommendations.
• Support training and scheduling for department personnel; monitor quality controls.

Job Summary

in the position of Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for daily maintenance and accuracy of data contained in our WMS (Warehouse Management System)/SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products), perform daily counts to monitor and maintain inventory levels.

Day Shift - 7am-5:30pm

$19-$21/hour

Duties/Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, control the outflow and inflow of inventory
• Record purchases, maintain database, and reconcile actual stock count to computer‐generated reports
• Develop inventory process enhancements, investigate daily inventory issues and determine resolution
• Lead the annual inventory process in collaboration with accounting
• Assists in developing and initiating control policies and procedures and in planning activities that relate to inventory control in the organization.
• Process and document returns as required following established procedures
• Tracks inventory maintenance and keeps management up to date regarding inventory inflow and outflow; compiles inventory information and presents it to management with recommendations for effective decision making, which may include the need for restock or for quick resolution of issues.
• Support management in training department personnel, scheduling work assignments, and monitoring quality controls
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS365

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma/GED
• Previous experience using scanners, inventory control administration, and SAP/WMS

Physical Requirements

• Very Heavy work:Lifting and carrying for a short distance up to 50 pounds constantly on your own & up to 100 pounds via team lift frequently.
