Job summary

Wistron Infocomm Usa Corporation in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Keeper responsible for accurate, timely handling and recordkeeping of parts, semifinished goods, and finished goods supporting production. You will manage inventory tickets, lead cycle counts, and coordinate returns of NG material with QA/Production to minimize downtime and ensure on‑time production.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in ERP/WMS, reconciling system balances with physical counts, labeling and storing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in inventory control or storeroom in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage inventory tickets for receiving, issuing, transfers, returns, and scrap.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts, WIP, and finished goods.
• Lead regular cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate return/disposition of NG inventory with QA and Production.
• Monitor levels and locations; report shortages or excess to Planning/Procurement.
• Label, store, and stage parts following FIFO/FEFO and lot traceability requirements.
• Support material issuance to production lines to minimize line stoppages.
• Maintain storeroom cleanliness and safety; handle hazardous materials procedures.
