Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to oversee plant-level inventory management, perform cycle counts, and ensure data accuracy within inventory systems. You will help coordinate between production staff and management to prevent stock discrepancies and support smooth operations.

The role requires high attention to detail, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; manufacturing experience a plus. This is a full-time on-site position based in Orlando/Dundee, FL.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of inventory or data-entry experience preferred, manufacturing environment a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily/weekly cycle counts and audits against booked inventory.
• Record physical counts, process reconciliations, and track on-hold or damaged inventory.
• Review order backlogs to identify stock shortages before production impact.
• Collaborate with production teams and Customer Service to streamline order fulfillment and visibility.
• Maintain a safe, clean plant environment and escalate inventory issues to managers.
