Job summary

LiDestri Foods in Rochester is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Associate to ensure raw materials are available for production and finished goods are prepared for shipping, while supporting a safe, efficient warehouse workflow.

You will coordinate materials by reviewing pick lists, return leftovers to freezers, maintain precise inventory, monitor damages, and operate forklift using RF scanners, all while adhering to safety rules and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to wear PPE and safety gear.
• Basic arithmetic, counting and communication skills.
• Experience with RF scanners and forklift operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate raw materials by reviewing pick lists.
• Return leftovers to freezers and coolers; adjust counts as needed.
• Keep accurate and current inventory; maintain holds inventory.
• Monitor raw material and finished goods damages.
• Report food safety and quality problems to authorities when needed.
• Review cycle counts and pick lists in a timely manner.
• Work safely following company safety rules and regulations.
• Administer forklift certification, as requested.
