Job summary

LiDestri Foods, based in Rochester, NY, seeks a Warehouse/Inventory Associate to ensure accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products. You will operate forklifts, utilize RF scanners, and maintain inventory across multiple warehouse processes while following GMP protocols.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and willingness to perform varied duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating forklift in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to apply computer and math skills.
• Ability to use hand tools including RF scanners.
• Willingness to wear PPE (cap, hair net, glasses, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper receipt, shipment, storage and delivery of finished or raw product.
• Operate RF scanner guns to track inventory.
• Move, locate, relocate, stack and count inventory.
• Follow GMP protocols and safety rules.
• Unload materials from trucks and pallets and deliver to correct bays.
• Stage and prep outgoing orders and load trucks.
• Report food safety and quality issues as needed.
