Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support spare parts inventory and intercompany transfers for manufacturing, pilot, and prototype material teams in Chandler, AZ. This on-site role collaborates with planning and internal teams to ensure parts availability for production schedules.

Responsibilities include coordinating transfers, maintaining records, and assisting with data and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, supply chain, materials management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive).
• Experience using ERP and ordering systems such as SAP, Appian, and QuickBase.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.

Inventory Control Specialist

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $37.74/hr W2

The Inventory Control Specialist supports spare parts inventory and non-BOM intercompany transfers for manufacturing, pilot, and prototype material teams. This role partners with planning and internal stakeholders to coordinate material requests, manage inventory transfers, and ensure parts are available to meet production schedules.

This is an on-site position in Chandler, Arizona supporting manufacturing operations through inventory management, material coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
