Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support spare parts inventory and intercompany transfers for manufacturing, pilot, and prototype material teams in Chandler, AZ. This on-site role collaborates with planning and internal teams to ensure parts availability for production schedules.

Responsibilities include coordinating transfers, maintaining records, and assisting with data and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, supply chain, materials management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive).
• Experience using ERP and ordering systems such as SAP, Appian, and QuickBase.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate spare parts inventory transfers and material requests.
• Partner with planning teams to fulfill inventory needs within required lead times.
• Track and manage the movement of materials between departments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, files, and documentation.
• Support inventory-related administrative processes and system updates.
• Communicate inventory status and resolve material-related issues with internal teams.
• Assist with application access, reporting, and data management activities.
