Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking an Inventory Clerk in Buckeye, AZ to maintain inventory accuracy and support shipping/receiving needs. You will perform cycle counts, audits, and system reconciliations to ensure precise stock levels across distribution centers.

The role supports QA readiness, conducts reports, and may engage in recalls or holds/releases as needed, contributing to safe, compliant operations across sites.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Industry-specific (e.g. food grade) experience may be required depending on site.
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory of materials and products and generate inventory reports.
• Perform daily cycle count activities and inventory audits; track damaged product and report to leadership.
• Verify clerical inventory records against physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, and infestation audits as needed.
• Monitor pest control program if required at site.
• Ensure facility is inspection ready (SQFI, FDA or other customer needs) when responsible for quality functions.
• Facilitate quality training and coordinate the site's quality management program.
• Maintain the site's quality management portal and draft/revise site SOPs as needed.
