Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks an organized warehouse associate to handle domestic and export shipments in a manufacturing setting. You will process shipments, verify documents, assemble kits, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include generating shipping reports, cycle counts, and handling hazardous materials while adhering to 5S standards and export controls. Prior warehouse experience is valued for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• 1-2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in shipping documentation.
• Familiarity with export shipments and hazardous materials handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute daily shipping reports.
• Assist Inventory Control and Stockroom Coordinator with cycle counts.
• Assemble accessory kits and maintain accurate shipping records.
• Verify shipping documentation, materials, and quantities before shipment.
• Package, prepare, and palletize shipments according to procedures.
• Process shipments through SAP and customer shipping platforms.
• Schedule freight pickups and coordinate transportation as needed.
• Respond to requests for shipment dimensions, weights, and related information.
• Prepare return labels for RMAs and coordinate returns with vendors.
• Follow 5S standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
