  • Prepare orders in ERP to be processed via UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL, or courier services.
  • Process and confirm the accuracy of all domestic and international documentation.
  • Process EEI filings through the ACE portal for qualified shipments.
  • Identify errors on sales orders and coordinate corrections.
  • Handle physical workload including lifting up to 65 lbs.

Job Description We are currently looking for a SHIPPING SPECIALIST to join the Warehousing team. The ideal candidate will be a career-focused and professional individual looking to grow within our organization. You must be extremely detail-oriented, able to communicate well with others, able to multi-task and manage your time to fit the daily workload. This individual should also be able to handle stressful situations, as well as feel comfortable initiating departmental improvements, be flexible to change and dedicated to maintaining a high standard of shipping.

Responsibilities
  • Proof and pack orders in preparation for domestic and international shipments.
  • Verify order accuracy against system records and customer requirements.
  • Prepare orders in our ERP system to be processed via UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship manager, DHL, courier service and LTL Carriers.
  • Process and confirm the accuracy of all domestic and international documentation.
  • Process Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings through the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) portal for qualified shipments.
  • Identify errors on sales orders and contact correct personnel to correct.
  • Must be able to handle physical workload, including bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting objects weighing 65 lbs. repeatedly.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of global logistics - Minimum 1 year demonstrated experience with international shipping processes/procedures, and familiarity with standard shipping terminology, including experience with the ACE portal.
  • Proficient computer use - Strong data-entry abilities and comfort working with digital systems.
  • Effective task management - Capable of organizing responsibilities and handling multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Physical capability - Able to lift a minimum of 65 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Strong interpersonal communication - Able to interact clearly and professionally with colleagues and customers.
  • High accuracy and accountability - Consistently produces thorough, precise work and meets deadlines reliably.
  • Reliable attendance - Maintains excellent punctuality and dependability.
  • Flexible scheduling - Willing and able to work overtime when required.

Salary Range: $44,500.00-$59,300.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
