Job summary

Jabil seeks a Shipping and Warehouse Supervisor to lead all assigned shipping and warehouse activities, ensuring proper packaging and accurate recording of inventories and shipped materials to maximize customer satisfaction.

The role requires SAP proficiency, experience with web shipping tools, and collaboration with work cells and carriers. Overtime may be needed at quarter ends; hours are Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

Qualifications

High School diploma required.
Three years shipping related experience required.
Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
Proficient SAP skills, including web shipping tools and shipping documentation.
Advanced Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all shipping and warehouse activities to ensure efficiency.
Ensure proper packaging and accurate recording of inventories and shipped material.
Coordinate daily shipping with work cells and carriers; maintain customer relationships.
Identify cost-reduction opportunities and streamline processes.
Provide feedback on inventory issues and cost-saving ideas.
Adhere to safety and security policies.
