Job summary

Jabil is seeking a shipping/warehouse leader to oversee all shipping and warehouse activities, ensuring accurate inventories and proper packaging. You will manage daily routines, drive efficiency, and maintain strong customer relationships across shifts. Proficiency in SAP, SAP-related shipping tools, and Kronos timekeeping is required, with overtime during quarter ends.

Monday through Friday? No—hours are Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday, 6:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Proficient SAP skills, including web shipping tools and shipping documentation.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers and present information to management.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipping and warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate daily shipping with work cells and carriers.
• Maintain customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Overtime may be required during quarter ends.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline processes.
