Job summary

Under minimal supervision, you will reconcile variances, maintain organized work areas, and support month-end shipments, often requiring extra hours to complete a shipment cycle.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Advanced PC skills, including Windows and Jabil software packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and read visual aids.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret graphs.
• Ability to work with standard procedures and minimal variables.

Responsibilities

• Lead in absence of supervisor and ensure SAP accuracy.
• Perform RTS, stockroom, cycle counts, WIP support, shipping, and receiving tasks.
• Reconcile inventory variances and report to supervisor/manager.
• Coordinate with Production Control and Production line on inventory issues.
• Follow ISO procedures for receiving, shipping, and inspections.
