Job summary

Better Being Co. is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator in the United States, NY area. The role focuses on inventory control reporting, ensuring accuracy, and working with departments to maintain proper controls and procedures.

You will assist with audits, manage stored assets, and help prepare shipments to ensure orders depart on time. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in inventory control and basic computer software proficiency, including MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Must know MS Office (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Able to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to operate a forklift and/or order picker.

Responsibilities

• Plans and performs inventory control reporting and summarizing results.
• Coordinates with department personnel to ensure controls and procedures promote inventory accuracy.
• Assists with audits of critical accounting controls and procedures.
• Manages and controls company assets in storage warehouse.
• Prepares shipments and assists shippers to ensure on-time delivery.
