Job summary

Better Being Co. is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to plan and perform inventory control reporting, ensuring accuracy across the warehouse. You will work with multiple departments to maintain proper controls and procedures, supporting audits and asset management.

The role requires 1–2 years in inventory control/warehouse operations, proficiency with MS Office and database software, and the ability to interpret safety rules and procedures. A forklift/order picker competency is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years related experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Must have knowledge of computer software including word processing, spreadsheets and database software.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to apply math concepts to practical situations.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform inventory control reporting and summarize results.
• Ensure controls and procedures promote inventory accuracy.
• Assist with audits of critical accounting controls and procedures.
• Manage and control company assets in storage warehouse.
• Prepare shipments and assist shippers to ensure on-time orders.
• Support company policies, procedures, programs, and activities.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
