Job summary

Circuit Check Inc. in Maple Grove, MN is seeking an Inventory Receiving Clerk to help maintain accurate daily inventory records in the ERP system and support materials flow for production and shipping.

You will perform receiving, cycle counts, location audits, discrepancy root-cause analysis, and assist in packing and shipping to domestic and international locations, with attention to detail and safety. This is a non-exempt, full-time role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of related experience with ERP systems.
• Experience in ISO900 environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming materials and verify quantities against packing list and ERP requirements.
• Post results to the ERP system.
• Audit historical material movements to identify variances and propose corrective actions.
• Move inventories to correct locations and pick materials for production orders.
• Inspect items for damage and alert buyers of discrepancies.
• Assist in packing, crating, and shipping domestically and internationally.
