Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Supervisor, Inventory Control to maintain inventory accuracy and drive continuous improvement within the facility. The role emphasizes audits, reporting, safety, and team development.

Responsibilities includecycle counts, data analysis, and coordinating inventories while supporting production and quality objectives. Strong supervisory experience and WMS/RF familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Inventory Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Minimum of 3 years in inventory control, stock accounting, metrics monitoring, reporting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility inventory integrity through cycle counts and audits.
• Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and production reports.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly physical inventories and develop follow-up reporting.
• Gather and analyze data related to operations, inventory control, and customer requirements.
• Perform internal audits and supplemental cycle counts to validate process accuracy.
• Promote FedEx Supply Chain's employee culture within the facility.
• Ensure achievement of facility production and quality objectives.
• Facilitate regular safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment.
• Train and update teammates on job functions and procedural changes.
• Monitor compliance with Core Excellence Program.
