Job summary

Horizon Group USA in McDonough, GA is seeking an IC/QC Supervisor to lead inventory control and quality assurance within the distribution center. You will oversee cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and drive CAPA initiatives to improve accuracy and reduce waste.

You will supervise IC/QC associates, coordinate daily tasks, and partner with cross-functional teams to sustain safe, compliant operations and continuous improvement. 1–2 years of related leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Inventory Control, Quality Control, or Warehouse leadership experience (required).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with WMS, RF scanners, Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to distinguish systemic vs. physical inventory issues.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead daily cycle count execution, analyze results and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee inventory control and quality control across inbound, storage, and outbound processes.
• Review reports and address discrepancies; develop CAPA for root causes.
• Supervise IC/QC associates, including training and task assignments.
• Coordinate workflows and provide escalation support for issue resolution.
