Job summary

Stord seeks an Operations Manager – ICQA at our Atlanta site to lead ICQA and quality programs, drive data accuracy, and eliminate root causes of inventory errors. You will partner with site leadership to implement CAPA and RCA actions, ensuring robust controls and performance in inventory management.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience with cycle counts and audits, and collaboration with operations, engineering, and BI teams to optimize processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ICQA/QA programs and teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes and KPI tracking.
• Proven problem-solving and CAPA/RCA skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ICQA activities (cycle counts, audits, reconciliations) for the site.
• Own site metrics: Inventory accuracy, shrink, audit completion, exception closure rates.
• Lead and develop ICQA managers; partner with HR for staffing and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Ops, Eng, and BI to improve ICQA processes and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and SOPs.
