Job summary

Stord, headquartered in Atlanta, is seeking an Operations Manager – ICQA to lead site inventory control and quality programs. You will drive data accuracy, establish KPI-driven actions, and partner with site leadership to eliminate root causes of defects with sustainable actions.

You will manage ICQA staff, coordinate with operations and BI teams, and implement CAPA and process improvements to enhance audit speed and inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ICQA and quality programs to improve inventory accuracy.
• Strong RCA and CAPA problem-solving skills.
• Ability to own site metrics like Inventory Accuracy and Audit Completion.
• Experience leading and developing ICQA staff.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and BI for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ICQA activities (cycle counts, inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations, projects) for the site.
• Own site metrics: Inventory Accuracy, Shrink, Audit Completion, Exception Closure Rates.
• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and CAPA/audit responses.
• Direct ICQA staff: Area Managers or Leads, workforce planning with HR and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams and automation initiatives.
