Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a detail-oriented ICQA professional based in Port Wentworth, GA. You will conduct daily cycle counts, manage quality inspections, and help optimize warehouse processes to reduce errors.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data using Excel or Power BI, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. English proficiency required; US work authorization essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse inventory management or quality control.
• Experience in team management with ability to lead and motivate employees.
• Proficient in WMS.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven optimization.
• Excellent communication to coordinate outbound processes.
• English proficiency; local language and Chinese preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Identify and analyze discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor WMS records against physical stock levels.
• Assist in resolving inventory-related issues (lost, damaged, expired, misplaced).
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure items meet standards.
• Oversee handling of returns and damaged goods and suggest improvements.
• Support data analysis and create inventory quality reports.
