Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in receiving, quality inspection, or inbound logistics.
• High attention to detail to identify micro-damages and labeling mismatches.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry into inventory tracking systems.
• Ability to follow structured QA checklists and visual reference guides (Redbook).

Responsibilities

• Pallet and receiving inspection of inbound shipments.
• Verify labeling, including GPN, S/N, and COO.
• Validate BOMs and component completeness to ensure shipments match documentation.
• Document findings and update work orders in ProcureAnt.
• Escalate noncompliant shipments or inventory discrepancies to Hub Lead/Supervisor.
