Job summary

TransTech Energy in Rocky Mount, NC seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inbound and outbound parts, maintain ERP records in Syteline, and support day-to-day operations for key staff. The role emphasizes accurate receiving, packing, and movement documentation.

Responsibilities include unloading shipments, verifying contents against records, moving product to production, coordinating LTL shipments, and resolving discrepancies with Purchasing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; ERP experience preferred.
• Prior shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Strong ERP experience; Syteline experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accepts and signs for deliveries from suppliers.
• Unloads shipments from delivery trucks and verifies contents against records.
• Uses Syteline to move product from inventory to production and tracks it.
• Maintains records of all received shipments and documents COF/ MTRs in the system.
• Resolves shipment discrepancies with Purchasing or delivery owner.
• Coordinates and arranges LTL and Small Parcel shipments as required.
• Performs purchasing duties when required and supports administration tasks.
