Job summary

TransTech Energy, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Rocky Mount, NC. The role focuses on managing inbound and outbound parts, inventory control, purchase orders, receiving, and documenting movements in Syteline.

The ideal candidate will have shipping/receiving experience, strong ERP skills (Syteline), and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Forklift certification is desirable to support warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Prior shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Strong ERP experience. Syteline experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
• License and certification to operate forklift desired.

Responsibilities

• Accepts and signs for deliveries from suppliers.
• Unloads shipments from delivery truck and verifies contents against records.
• Checks shipping documents and processes orders through Syteline.
• Maintains records of received shipments and documents.
• Resolves shipment discrepancies with Purchasing or delivery owner.
• Coordinate and arrange LTL and Small Parcel shipments for field projects.
• Use Syteline to move product from inventory to production and update job status.
