Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for an Inventory Control Associate in Austin, Texas. You will audit inventory, resolve discrepancies, and support daily order processing to keep systems balanced.

The role requires experience in inventory control, vendor coordination, and proficiency with Office 365 and Oracle. Forklift experience and bilingual Spanish are a plus, with work spanning office and warehouse settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and replenishment.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and branch/operations teams.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and inventory/purchasing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and precise recordkeeping.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory to balance daily order processing.
• Research and resolve discrepancies following internal controls.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts.
• Receive products from vendors and flag quality issues.
• Follow safety policies and maintain manuals.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in office/warehouse environments.
